摘 要 目的：了解本区公立医疗机构门急诊处方质量，促进临床合理用药。方法：对本区13家公立医疗机构2011-2013年门急诊处方点评基本数据进行分类统计与综合分析。结果：公立医疗机构门急诊处方书写较规范。平均每张处方用药品种数2.26种；注射剂使用占比为13.26%，药品通用名占处方之比为100%；抗菌药的使用率2013年较2011年下降了7.21%；合理处方合格率提升至94.60%；二级医疗机构基本药物使用率逐年上升。但也存在开具的处方未见临床诊断或临床诊断书写不全者、处方书写不规范以及门诊处方超过规定用量等现象。结论：通过处方点评及干预措施，青浦区公立医疗机构门急诊处方合理用药比例显著提高，但仍有不合理处方存在，还需持续改进。
