摘 要 报道国产两性霉素B脂质体(锋克松)治疗2例急性白血病合并侵袭性真菌病(IFD)的临床疗效。结果显示，2例确诊为侵袭性真菌病的患者应用锋克松治疗后疗效均为完全缓解。主要不良反应为低血钾和血肌酐升高。提示国产两性霉素B脂质体治疗白血病合并的IFD疗效好，费用相对较低，不良反应少，患者耐受性良好。
