对提升住院药房满意度与服务能力的探讨(1)
摘 要 通过对本院病区护士进行住院药房满意度调查与意见征集,发现住院药房的整体管理较好,工作人员服务意识强,而与病区护士的衔接过程中细节方面有待提高。本文提出优化住院药房服务流程的建议,提高服务质量,创建有效的药护沟通平台。关键词 住院药房 满意度 服务能力
