摘 要 目的：分析枫林社区老年患者长期留置气囊导尿管出现漏尿的原因，以减少漏尿的发生。方法：收集2012年6月至2014年9月36例长期留置气囊导尿管漏尿的老年患者，回顾性分析出现漏尿的原因，并根据这些原因探讨有效的护理对策。结果：36例出现漏尿的常见原因是老年退行性变化漏尿18例(19.35%)，导尿管引流不畅漏尿11例(11.83%)和膀胱痉挛漏尿7例(7.53%)。干预后，27例患者的漏尿改善，与干预前相比差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论：采取严格、规范的无菌操作及个体化的护理措施，可有效减少长期留置气囊导尿管患者的漏尿发生。

    ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the cause of the leakage of urine with the long-term indwelling balloon catheter in the elderly patients in Fenglin Community to reduce its occurrence. Methods： Thirty six elderly patients with the long-term indwelling balloon catheter which caused the leakage of urine were collected from June 2012 to Sept. 2014 and the causes of appearing the leakage of urine were analyzed retrospectively and according to these causes the effective nursing countermeasures were discussed.
