摘 要 目的：观察穴位注射斯奇康治疗慢性支气管炎的疗效。方法：收集40例慢性支气管炎患者，分为干预组20例和对照组20例，两组取穴用药相同，干预组在三伏天(小暑至立秋约1个月)和三九天(冬至后的第1天～第27天)进行穴位注射干预，对照组仅在三伏天行穴位注射治疗，两组均以1年为1个疗程，共治疗3个疗程，治疗结束后观察两组疗效。结果：干预组总有效率为95%，对照组总有效率为85%，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：两组治疗均有效，但干预组的疗效更佳。

    ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the effect of the acu-point injection of BCG_PSN in the treatment of the chronic bronchitis. Methods： Forty cases with the chronic bronchitis were collected and divided into an intervention group and a control group with 20 cases each. The same acu-point drug was used in the both groups. The acu-point injection intervention was given in the intervention group in 3 dog days of summer and in the coldest days of winter and it was only given in the three dog days of summer in the control group. One treatment course was given to the both groups for one year and the total courses were three. The treatment results were observed after the treatment. Results： The total effective rate in the intervention group was 95% while in the control group 85%. The difference between two groups had the statistical significance (P<0.05).
