摘 要 目的：了解社区学龄前儿童龋病发病情况，为研究降发病率及健康教育提供资料。方法：调查辖区10家公立幼儿园儿童，共计1 925人，自然光线下用平面口镜进行口腔检查，分析龋齿年龄段、性别及补牙等状况。结果：总龋患率为28.00%(539/1925)，随年龄的增长，龋齿患病率逐年提高，6岁达高峰。结论：社区儿童龋齿发病率较高。预防龋齿应采取综合措施，积极开展防龋的卫生宣教。
