摘 要 脑卒中是导致患者死亡或致残的主要原因之一，脑卒中后患者的康复亦是值得重视的问题。本文从脑卒中康复角度探讨适合我国实际情况的社区脑卒中分级康复管理服务模式，认为通过建立健全专科医院与社区卫生服务中心网络管理系统，可使脑卒中患者得到及时、系统有效的康复治疗。
