摘 要 鉴于已知甲状腺激素在胎儿脑发育中的重要作用和甲状腺疾病在育龄期女性中的高发病率，围孕、产期女性甲状腺疾病的诊治备受关注，国内、外有关专业学会都已公布了相关指南以指导临床实践。本文依据最新版的相关指南并结合笔者和国内的临床实践，就围孕、产期女性常见的甲状腺疾病的诊治进行述评。

    Abstract Due to the importance of the thyroid hormone in the brain development of fetus and the high prevalence of thyroid diseases in young women， more and more studies were focused on the field of thyroid-related medical issues before and during pregnancy and in the postpartum period. Several practice guidelines were published by the related professional societies at home and abroad to provide some suggestions for the management of thyroid issues in this special period.
