摘 要 甲状腺功能减退症是常见的甲状腺疾病之一，常隐匿发病，典型症状常在数月或数年后显现出来，诊断主要依靠实验室检查，确诊后应积极予以左甲状腺素替代治疗并定期随访。

    ABSTRACT Hypothyroidism is one of the most common thyroid diseases and often implicitly onsets. The typical symptoms appear in a few months or even years later. Diagnosis mainly depends on the laboratory examination. Levothyroxine replacement therapy should be actively given after diagnosis and the regular follow-up is required.
