摘 要 甲状腺结节是内分泌系统常见病，临床上要重视对其的诊断和鉴别诊断，严格把握手术指征，同时规范对甲状腺癌的诊断与处理。

    Abstract Thyroid nodule is a quite common disease in endocrinology system， great attention should be paid to its diagnosis and differential diagnosis in clinic， and the indication for its surgery should be discreetly measured.
