摘 要 目的：探讨在家庭医生制服务下长期卧床老年压疮患者家庭内规范护理后的效果。方法：收集2013年社区卫生服务中心长期卧床或生活不能自理的不同程度压疮老年患者49例，处于淤血红润期11例，炎症浸润期18例，溃疡期Ⅰ度14例，溃疡期Ⅱ度6例。对患者进行1年的家庭内压疮规范护理。结果：49例患者中压疮治愈41例，占83.6%，好转7例，占14.2%，无效1例，占2%。结论：由患者、家属、家庭医生社区护士共同参与的医疗保健服务模式，有利于长期卧床老年压疮患者的病情康复。
