摘 要 目的：探讨上海某社区卫生服务中心2014年麻醉药品使用情况。方法：统计该社区卫生服务中心2014年麻醉药品的使用情况，分别对各种麻醉药品的规格、用量、所用疾病种类进行比较和分析。结果：该社区卫生服务中心注射麻醉药品用量第一季度明显多于其他季度，口服麻醉药品5、6、7月份多于其他月份，使用上主要以口服制剂为主。结论：社区卫生服务中心麻醉药品品种偏少，可能与社区病种单一、患者需求较少有关；麻醉药品用量不多，所用疾病谱窄，总体使用情况合理。
