摘 要 痛风、高尿酸血症已经成为常见病和多发病，但是目前对于该病的治疗极不规范。对疾病的发生、预防在认识上存在很多误区，需要及时更新。通过多学科协同攻关将大大有利于研究的深入，最终造福广大痛风患者。

    ABSTRACT Gout or hyperuricemia has become a common disease， however the current treatment of this disease is not highly standardized at all. The misunderstanding and wrong views are very common concerning the occurrence and prevention of the disease. Thus the knowledge of the disease needs to be updated to most of doctors. Multidisciplinary research will greatly benefit the further research and ultimately the patients with gout and hyperuricemia.
