摘 要 痛风发病率逐年增加且易反复发作，迁延不愈会发展成为慢性痛风。慢性痛风可累及多种器官并引起多种合并症，从而对机体造成更大的危害。现有对痛风治疗的研究报告大多以急性痛风发作为对象，而有关慢性痛风的治疗研究不多。慢性痛风因有痛风病情反复发作的特点，更需要长期、持续和综合的治疗。本文全面介绍慢性痛风的临床表现、治疗及合并症的治疗。
