摘 要 唑吡坦为第三代镇静催眠药的代表，于20世纪80年代上市，90年代正式进口入我国，因其较苯二氮?类药物具有更好的疗效和更少的不良反应，在临床上得到了广泛的应用。本文对唑吡坦在国内的临床应用进行综述。

    ABSTRACT Zolpidem as the representative of the third generation of sedative hypnotics was launched on market in the 1980s， and formally imported into China in the 1990s. Zolpidem has been widely used in clinic due to its better efficacy and less adverse reactions compared with benzodiazepines drugs. This article reviews the clinical application of zolpidem in China.
