IL—17、IL—23、VEGF在再生障碍性贫血患者血清中的检测及其临床意义(1)

     摘 要 目的:探讨再生障碍性贫血患者血清中的白细胞介素-17(IL-17)、白细胞介素-23(IL-23)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的检测及其临床意义。方法:选取2010年1月至2015年1月期间我院血液科住院部40例再生障碍性贫血患者作为研究组,同期选取45例健康体检者作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清IL-17、IL-23、VEGF水平,并比较两组间各水平的差异;采用Pearson相关性分析这些指标间的关系。结果:研究组患者血清IL-17、IL-23水平明显高于对照组,而血清VEGF水平明显低于对照组;重型者血清IL-17、IL-23水平明显高于非重型者,而血清VEGF水平则明显低于非重型者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析显示,再生障碍性贫血患者血清IL-17与血清IL-23呈明显的正相关(r=0.501,P<0.05),血清IL-17、 IL-23与血清VEGF呈明显的负相关(r=-0.541、-0.559,P<0.05)。结论:IL-17、IL-23水平在再生障碍性贫血患者血清中显著增高,VEGF显著降低,三者共同参与再生障碍性贫血疾病发生和发展的过程。

    Detection of serum IL-17, IL-23, VEGF

    in patients with aplastic anemia and its clinical significance*

, http://www.100md.com     ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the detection of serum IL-17, IL-23, VEGF in patients with aplastic anemia and its clinical significance. Methods: Forty cases of inpatients with aplastic anemia from January, 2010 to January, 2015 in our Department were selected as a research group while 45 healthy persons as a control group in the same period. Serum IL-17, IL-23 and VEGF levels were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). The results were compared between two groups and the relationship between serum IL-17 and IL-23 levels, IL-17 or IL-23 and VEGF levels were analyzed by Pearson correlation. Results: The levels of serum IL-17 and IL-23 were significantly higher while the serum VEGF levels were significantly lower in the research group than in the control group. The results were same when compared between the patients with severe and non-severe aplastic anemia and the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05). The Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum IL-17 and IL-23 levels were positive correlated (r=0.501, P<0.05) while serum IL-17 or IL-23 and VEGF levels showed a significant negative correlation (r=-0.541, -0.559, P<0.05). Conclusion: IL-17, IL-23 levels increase significantly while VEGF levels decrease significantly in patients with aplastic anemia, and three indexes together participate in the occurrence and development process of aplastic anemia disease.

    再生障碍性贫血(aplastic anemia,AA)是指由多因素导致骨髓造血微环境、造血干细胞和免疫调节因子异常,最终形成骨髓造血干细胞减少,造血功能异常的恶性血液系统疾病[1]。同时,相关研究表明,细胞因子是再生障碍性贫血病情发生和发展期间的关键因素[2]。本研究通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测血清白细胞介素-17(Interleukin-17,IL-17)、白细胞介素-23(Interleukin-23,IL-23)、血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)水平在AA患者中变化,探讨上述细胞因子在再生障碍性贫血疾病发生中的作用。, 百拇医药(杨新平)
