摘 要 目的：探讨带状疱疹的临床特点。方法：收集2013年11月至2014年10月门诊带状疱疹患者89例，回顾性分析患者的临床资料。结果：89例患者均采用阿昔洛韦联合腺苷钴胺治疗，其中66例(74.16%)在2～8周痊愈，后遗神经痛6例(6.74%)，均为65岁以上患者。带状疱疹以冬季发病居多为32.58%(29/89)，胸部发病最多见为35.96%(32/89)，50岁以上患者较多占82.02%(73/89)。结论：应提高患者对带状疱疹的认知度，做到早就诊、早治疗。
