摘 要 门诊药房是体现医院良好形象的重要窗口，本文通过对门诊药房业务流程中风险的识别和控制、完善规章制度和保证执行力、强化日常业务操作检查这4个方面的论述，系统阐述了门诊药房风险控制管理的方法，为医院赢得社会认知度和美誉度提供重要保障。
