苍耳虫油配合穴位按摩治疗痔疮的效果观察(1)
摘 要 目的：观察苍耳虫油配合穴位按摩治疗痔疮的临床疗效。方法：收集2013年5月至2014年5月痔疮患者120例，按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组60例。对照组采用常规治疗方法；观察组在常规治疗方法基础上，加苍耳虫油配合穴位按摩治疗，7 d为1个疗程，治疗1～2个疗程。观察两组疼痛缓解、痔疮水肿消退、痔核回收、手术率及治疗有效率。结果：观察组症状消失时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)，有效率为93.33%，对照组为68.33%，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术率(13.33%)低于对照组(45%)，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：苍耳虫油配合穴位按摩治疗痔疮效果显著，适合临床推广。

Observation of the effect of xanthium worm oil combined with acu-point massage in the treatment of hemorrhoids

ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the clinical effect of xanthium worm oil combined with acu-point massage in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Methods： From May 2013 to May 2014， 120 patients with hemorrhoids were collected and divided into a control group and an observation group with 60 cases each according to the random number table method. The control group was given the conventional treatment， and the observation group given xanthium worm oil combined with acu-point massage based on the conventional treatment. Seven days were for a course and the treatment was 1-2 courses. The pain relief， edema， hemorrhoids， hemorrhoids operation rate and treatment efficiency were observed in two groups. Results： The symptom disappearance time was significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group (P<0.05) and the effective rate was 93.33% higher in the observation group than 68.33% in the control group， and the difference between groups had the statistical significance (P<0.05). The surgical rate was 13.33% significantly lower in the observation group than 45% in the control group， and the difference had the statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion： The effect of xanthium worm oil combined with acupoint massage in the treatment of hemorrhoids is obvious and suitable for the clinical promotion.

痔疮是临床常见的肛肠类疾病[1]，西医认为是饮食不节、长期坐立、反复便秘、腹内压增高等因素导致直肠黏膜下以及肛管皮肤下直肠静脉丛淤血、扩张、屈曲而形成的静脉团。中医则认为，痔疮多为外风、燥、湿、热之邪下冲肛门，致肛门局部气血壅滞，经络不通，邪热与瘀血搏结于肛门而成[2]。本病多见于成年男性，常见于在办公室工作和久坐人群。临床上痔疮的主要表现为肛门处水肿、疼痛、瘙痒甚至脱肛等症状，并伴有大便出血[3]，患者坐卧不安，行走不便，给工作和生活带来困扰，严重者影响工作和生活质量。我院肛肠科在常规治疗痔疮基础上，采用苍耳虫油配合穴位按摩方法治疗痔疮，效果明显，现报告如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
