摘 要 糖尿病是常见内分泌代谢疾病，与遗传和营养密切相关。随着人们生活水平的逐渐提高，高蛋白、高脂肪、高糖饮食使糖尿病发病率不断增加，控制饮食是糖尿病的基本疗法。本文综述对社区糖尿病患者进行饮食指导和健康教育，可有效控制糖尿病和防止并发症发生。
