摘 要 1例肺炎患者，在应用头孢美唑治疗期间服用养阴清肺糖浆后出现面部潮红，大汗，胸闷憋气，呼吸困难，恶心呕吐，上腹疼痛，四肢无力伴麻木等双硫仑样反应，经地塞米松、三磷酸腺苷(ATP)、辅酶A(CoA)、维生素C及其它对症治疗后症状缓解。
