摘 要 对我院1例莫西沙星引起中毒性表皮坏死松解症进行回顾性分析，总结氟喹诺酮类药物药品不良反应的发生特点，为临床合理、安全应用FQNS类抗菌药物提供参考。

    One case report on severe anaphylactic shock caused by oral moxifloxacin

    ABSTRACT A case of toxic epidermal necrolysis caused by oral moxifloxacin in our hospital was retrospectively analyzed. The characteristics of adverse drug reaction of fluoroquinolones were summarized so as to provide a reference for clinical rational and safe use of this kind of antimicrobial agents.
