摘 要 手术室药房虽是最近几年初建但意义重大，本文通过明确手术室药房新的业务流程、识别和控制操作流程中可能存在的风险、不断完善规章制度、保证执行力及强化日常质量控制检查等方面进行论述，系统阐述了建立手术室药房，改变手术药品管理模式，保证手术用药更加安全、有效。
