摘 要 互联网+医疗是时代发展的热点之一。在现行的体制下，互联网医疗能带来大量的信息、全新的理念和行为方式，但不能改变的也很多。基层社区卫生相比大医院，处于弱势地位，在新的改革形势和医学模式下，它将是未来的风口。社区卫生的“定点药房处方外配”，融合了互联网技术和供应链管理方法，探索多方参与的服务新方式。
