摘 要 本文基于我国“三医联动”改革背景，剖析我国药品采购平台应当具备的主要功能，分析我国目前各省市采购平台建设情况及问题，重点研究个别省市所建设的平台功能优势及特色，并在此基础上提出完善我国药品采购平台功能的可操作性建议。
