摘 要 输血是一种治疗方法，是临床救治患者的替代性治疗手段，传统输血治疗是指异体输血，但在临床输血治疗中，常出现输血相关不良反应和血液来源匮乏。血液保护是一种“节血”手段，是现代输血的发展趋势，在保障临床输血的安全性和有效性中发挥巨大的推动作用。

    Blood transfusion and blood saving

    ABSTRACT Blood transfusion， which is one kind of therapeutic methods， is an alternative treatment for clinical patients. Conventional transfusion therapy refers to the allogeneic blood. But in clinical treatment， transfusion is often accompanied by blood transfusion related adverse reactions and the lack of allogenic blood. Blood conservation means “saving blood” and is a trend of modern blood transfusion. It plays an important role in ensuring safety and efficacy in clinical blood transfusion.
