细节护理对体检者依从度及护理满意度的影响(1)

     摘 要 目的:探讨细节护理对体检者依从度及护理满意度的影响。方法:选取2014年3月—2015年3月198名体检者作为研究组,体检过程中接受细节护理,2012年3月—2013年3月176名体检者作为对照组,接受常规护理。对比两组体检依从度、体检用时和体检周期、体检知识掌握度以及体检护理满意度。结果:研究组体检依从度良好率为95.96%,显著高于对照组的77.27%(P<0.05),体检用时及体检周期均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),体检知识掌握度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),体检护理满意度96.46%,显著高于对照组的80.11%(P<0.05)。结论:细节护理能提高体检者的依从度、体检知识掌握度以及体检护理满意度,缩短体检用时和体检周期,临床应用价值较高。

    Influence of detail nursing on the compliance and nursing service satisfaction of the physical examinees

    ABSTRACT Objective: To explore the influence of detail nursing on the compliance and nursing service satisfaction of the physical examinees. Methods: From March 2014 to March 2015, 198 cases of physical examinees were selected as an experiment group and 176 cases as the control group from March 2012 to March 2013. In the process of physical examination, the control group was cared by the routine nursing and the experiment group by detail nursing. The compliance, physical examination time and cycle, mastery degree of physical examination knowledge and medical nursing satisfaction were compared in the two groups. Results: The compliance rate of the experiment group were obviously higher than that of the control group(95.96% vs 77.27%, P<0.05). The physical examination time cycle of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). The mastery degree of physical examination knowledge of the experiment group were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05), and the medical nursing satisfaction of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group(96.46% vs 80.11%, P<0.05). Conclusion: Detail nursing can increase the compliance rate, mastery degree of physical examination knowledge, medical nursing satisfaction of the physical examinees and shorten the physical examination time and cycle, which has high value of clinical application.

    随着居民生活水平的提高,人们对自身的健康问题越来越重视,定期体检已逐渐成为需求度较高的健康行为方式[1]。但由于医院的体检程序和项目繁杂,体检人数庞大,而且多数体检者对医学知识掌握度较低,使护士的接待工作繁重,严重影响了体检中心的服务质量[2]。因此,研究有效的护理服务措施,提高体检中心护理服务质量和工作效率尤为重要。本文报道我院对体检者实施细节护理取得的较为满意的效果。

    1 资料与方法

    1.1 一般资料

    选取2014年3月—2015年3月我院实施细节护理后体检中心接待的198名体检者作为研究组,其中男性118名,女性80名,年龄22~65岁,平均(40.06±7.58)岁;选取2012年3月—2013年3月我院实施细节护理前体检中心接待的176名体检者作为对照组,其中男性105名,女性71名,年龄22~65岁,平均(40.67±7.61)岁。两组临床资料相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。排除有严重重要脏器功能障碍或其他严重躯体疾病者,有神经系统、精神系统疾病或有交流沟通障碍者,以及妊娠期或哺乳期妇女。 (温晓娟)
