摘 要 目的：研究静脉血放置时间的长短对血细胞分析结果的影响。方法：选择2015年8月健康体检者30人的静脉血标本，用乙二胺四乙酸二钾抗凝，在30 min内上机测定红细胞、白细胞和血小板计数，并于送检后1、2、3、5 h进行血常规检测，以30 min内测定结果为对照，比较不同时间点所测结果。结果：在5 h内，红细胞和白细胞计数无显著变化，不同时间点所测结果与对照相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)；而血小板计数明显降低(P<0.01)。结论：红细胞和白细胞计数可在5 h内分析，而血小板计数应在30 min内分析。
