     摘 要 随着社会不断进步和发展，药厂生产对中央空调系统的依赖性越来越高，而中央空调系统能耗占比高达60%以上。为了确保中央空调高效安全运行，中央空调运维管理专业化和社会化势在必行，运维管理外包是最有效、最科学的解决方式。
