     摘 要 嵌合抗原受体T细胞(CAR-T)细胞是一种全新的治疗恶性肿瘤的策略，它有别于传统的手术、放疗、化疗、抗体药物治疗。CAR-T细胞疗法在血液肿瘤的治疗中有显著疗效。 本文将综述CAR-T的结构和抗肿瘤的原理、CAR-T细胞在临床上的应用以及CAR-T细胞治疗所面临的挑战及广阔前景。
