摘 要 原发性胆汁性肝硬化是一种与自身免疫相关的疾病，临床表现多样，根据疾病阶段与临床表现，中医将其归属于“胁痛”、“鼓胀”、“黄疸”等范畴。近年来，中医辨证论治在原发性胆汁性肝硬化的治疗中发挥着重要作用。本文综述原发性胆汁性肝硬化的中医辨识及治疗进展。
