肿瘤干细胞研究进展(1)
摘 要 近年来肿瘤干细胞正逐渐成为研究焦点。越来越多的证据表明肿瘤干细胞与肿瘤的形成、进展、转移、复发与治疗失败存在密切联系。本文主要就肿瘤干细胞假说的起源、上皮间充质转换、CD44与肿瘤干细胞的联系、肿瘤干细胞抵抗治疗的可能机制、肿瘤干细胞的信号通路及其治疗启示等五个方面展开论述。
