上海市五里桥社区医务人员改革意愿调查分析(1)

摘 要 目的：调查五里桥街道社区卫生服务中心医务人员对社区卫生服务综合改革的意愿和影响因素。方法：采用自行设计的问卷对本中心114名医务人员进行基本信息、综合改革政策的态度和知晓情况等的调查，并对调查结果进行分析。结果：医务人员中对改革政策全部知晓的占22.81%，对改革持支持态度的占68.43%，其中合理收入是医务人员最期待改善的问题。Logistic分析显示，对改革政策了解程度是改革意愿的主要影响因素。结论：应加大社区卫生服务改革的相关政策宣传力度，推进民主管理，完善绩效分配，激发医务人员参与改革的积极性，确保综合改革的顺利推进。

Investigation and Analysis on the reform willingness of medical staff in Wuliqiao Community in Shanghai

ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the willingness and influence factors of the comprehensive reform of community health service among the medical staff in Wuliqiao Community Health Service Center. Methods： The self-designed questionnaire containing the basic information， attitudes and awareness of a comprehensive reform policy were investigated in 114 medical staff in the center. Results： In the medical staff， over 22.81% knew all of the relevant reform policies， over 68.43% supported the reform. What the most anticipated problem was to improve the equitable income of the medical staffs. Logistic analysis showed that the level of understanding of the reform policy was the main factor influencing the willingness to reform. Conclusion： We should intensify the policy propaganda of community health service reform， promote democratic management， improve the performance distribution， stimulate the enthusiasm of medical staff to participate in the reform， and ensure the smooth progress of comprehensive reform.

2016年上海市五里桥街道社区卫生服务中心作为上海市社区卫生综合改革第二批试点单位启动了各项改革工作。社区医务人员是改革的主要执行者，他们对改革的认知及态度將直接关系到改革的效果乃至成败。为此，我们对本中心医务人员的改革意愿进行了调查，并分析其影响因素和提出建议措施，旨在为进一步完善改革政策提供借鉴。
1 对象与方法
1.1 调查对象
选择上海市黄浦区五里桥街道社区卫生服务中心所有在中心内工作的医务人员作为调查对象，中心医务人员共123名，除去病事假、公出、借调到外单位的9名人员，其余114名均接受了调研。发放问卷114份，回收有效问卷114份，问卷有效应答率100.00%。
1.2 研究方法
采用自行设计的问卷进行资料收集。问卷中主要包含性别、年龄、工作年限、文化程度、职称等基本信息和医务人员对社区卫生服务中心改革态度意愿的相关调查项目。
1.3 统计学方法
采用Epidata 3.1对问卷进行数据录入，资料量化后采用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行统计分析，计数资料用百分比(%)表示，对数据进行描述性统计、卡方检验、Logistic回归的统计学处理，以P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。
2 结果
2.1 医务人员一般情况
调研对象的基本情况分布见表1。调研对象来自临床、护理、预防保健和医技等各个部门。其中，20～39岁的医技人员65人，占57.02%；本科及以上学历的57人，占50.00%。 (方力 黄雷 徐宜 李昱东 刘旻)
