松龄血脉康胶囊联合谷维素片治疗阴虚阳亢型女性更年期综合征疗效观察(1)
摘 要 目的：观察松龄血脉康胶囊联合谷维素片治疗阴虚阳亢型女性更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法：选择2014年9月至2016年6月收治的女性更年期综合征患者118例，随机分为对照组54例，给予口服谷维素片治疗，每天3次，每次20 mg；治疗组64例，给予谷维素片和松龄血脉康胶囊(每天3次，每次1.5 g/次)治疗。两组均治疗4周，并随访30 d。治疗4周后评估总有效率，观察临床症状、体征改善时间、血清雌激素分泌变化。结果：治疗组和对照组的临床疗效分别为93.75%(60/64)和90.74%(49/54)，组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组的症状、体征改善时间均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗组血清雌激素E2水平为(5.02±2.54)pmol/L，优于对照组的(4.86±2.21)pmol/L(P<0.05)。结论：松龄血脉康胶囊对缓解阴虚阳亢型妇女更年期综合征临床症状体征疗效明显。

Observation of the therapeutic effect of Songling Xuemaikang capsules combined with Oryzanol tablets in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome with Yin deficiency and Yang hyper activity

ABSTRACT Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Songling Xuemaikang capsules combined with Oryzanol tablets in the treatment of female climacteric syndrome with Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity. Methods： A total of 118 female climacteric syndrome patients treated from September 2014 to June 2016 were selected and divided into a control group with 54 cases and treated with Oryzanol tablets orally， 3 times a day， each time 20 mg， and a treatment group with 64 cases， and treated with Oryzanol tablets and Songling Xuemaikang capsules 3 times a day， each time 1.5 g. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks and followed up for 30 days. After 4 weeks of treatment， the total effective rate was evaluated， and the clinical symptom， sign improvement time and the change of serum estrogen secretion were observed. Results： The clinical efficacy of the treatment group and the control group were 93.75%(60/64) and 90.74%(49/54)， respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). The symptom and sign improvement times of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). After treatment， the level of serum estrogen E2 in the treatment group was (5.02±2.54) pmol/L， which was better than that of the control group (4.86±2.21) pmol/L(P<0.05). Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of Songling Xuemaikang capsules on relieving the symptoms and signs of climacteric syndrome in Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome is obvious.

更年期綜合征是妇女从生殖期过渡到非生殖期过程中因卵巢功能衰退和雌激素分泌减少所致的一系列以自主神经系统功能紊乱为主，伴有神经心理症状的一组症候群，又称围绝经期综合征。更年期综合征患者一般以45～55岁女性多见，临床表现有月经紊乱、烘热汗出的血管舒缩症状、自主神经功能失调症状及精神神经症状，远期出现骨质疏松，心血管病变，老年性痴呆，免疫功能低下及阴道干燥、性交困难、反复阴道感染、反复尿路感染等泌尿生殖道症状[1]。中医学将本病称为“绝经前后诸证”，主要分为肝气郁结、阴虚阳亢、心脾两虚、心肾不交、阴阳两虚等型。本文报道用松龄血脉康胶囊联合谷维素片治疗阴虚阳亢型女性更年期综合征取得的满意疗效。 (黄璟)
