孕期营养干预对胎儿体重的影响(1)
摘 要 目的:探讨孕期营养干预对胎儿体重的影响。方法:将2014年1月至2016年12月来我院进行孕期检查和分娩的228例孕妇分为观察组141例和对照组87例,观察组孕妇接受孕期营养干预,对照组孕妇按照传统孕期家庭饮食观念安排饮食,比较两组新生儿出生时胎龄、体重、Apgar评分,孕妇巨大儿发生率、分娩方式及分娩后满意情况。结果:观察组新生儿出生时体重明显低于对照组[(3.28±0.37)kg比(3.89±0.44)kg,P<0.05];观察组孕妇巨大儿发生率和剖宫产率均明显低于对照组(7.09%比16.09%,P<0.05),自然分娩率明显高于对照组(73.05%比49.43%,P<0.001);观察组孕妇分娩后总满意度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:孕期营养干预有利于合理控制胎儿重量,提高自然分娩率和孕妇满意度。

Effect of prenatal nutrition intervention on fetal weight

ABSTRACT Objective: To investigate the influence of prenatal nutrition intervention on fetal weight. Methods: From January 2014 to December 2016, 228 cases of pregnant women in our hospital for pregnancy examination and delivery were divided into an observation group with 141 cases and a control group with 87 cases. The pregnant women in the observation group received prenatal nutrition intervention, and the pregnant women in the control group were arranged diet according to the traditional pregnancy family diet conception. The gestational age, body weight, Apgar score, macrosomia incidence, mode of delivery and satisfaction after delivery were compared between the two groups. Results: The neonatal birth weight of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group [(3.28±0.37) kg to (3.89±0.44) kg, P<0.05]. The incidence of macrosomia and cesarean section rate of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(7.09% to 16.09%, P<0.05). The rate of natural childbirth of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.05% to 49.43%, P<0.001). The total satisfaction of the pregnant women of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: Prenatal nutrition intervention is good for controlling the weight of fetus and improving the rate of natural childbirth and the satisfaction of pregnant women.

隨着居民经济能力的提升和对胎儿发育的关注,孕期营养已经逐渐成为孕妇、家属及临床医师普遍关注的内容。每个家庭都期盼孕妇能够分娩一个健康的新生儿。传统观念认为,孕妇孕期需多补充营养以保证胎儿健康发育[1]。临床研究也表明,孕期营养状态会影响孕妇代谢和胎儿生长发育[2-3]。但孕期盲目饮食容易导致巨大儿和孕妇剖宫产的风险大增,需科学实施营养干预[4]。本研究是对在我院进行孕期检查和分娩的产妇实施孕期营养干预的临床优势进行分析,以期为改善母婴预后提供参考,报道如下。 (胡丽华 张小梅 黄小芸 黄琴)
