摘 要 制药企业推广实施知识管理，将有助于提高企业的生产质量管理水平，让药品质量更稳定，收率更高，成本更低，也有助于提高企业员工凝聚力、创建积极的知识文化，将制药企业打造成一个学习型的组织。本文介绍了制药企业知识管理的内容和实施方法。
