摘 要 无抽搐电休克治疗(modified electroconvulsive therapy， MECT)已广泛用于精神科临床，医生一般重点关注患者在治疗中和恢复期出现的不良反应。本文报告1例MECT后出现迟发性心律失常的患者情况，分析MECT后进行心电监护的必要性。
