摘 要 颈椎病(cervical spondylosis)是颈椎椎间盘组织退行性改变及病理改变累及其周围组织结构(神经根、脊髓、椎动脉、交感神经等)出现相应临床表现的一种疾病。颈椎病的治疗分手术和非手术两大类，其中牵引治疗是非手术治疗中最常用且最有效的方法。牵引治疗包括牵引体位、牵引时间、牵引重量、牵引角度四要素，个性化最适角度颈椎牵引治疗通过不同个体制定最适牵引参数，促进精准医疗，提高牵引疗效。
