电针结合超声波治疗急性期周围性面瘫疗效观察(1)
摘 要 目的：評价电针结合超声波治疗急性期周围性面瘫的临床疗效。方法：收集2017年8月至2018年7月诊治的周围性面瘫患者41例，随机分为治疗组20例和对照组21例。两组均予醋酸泼尼松治疗，治疗组同时给予电针结合超声波治疗，对照组给予电针治疗，隔日1次，连续治疗4周。观察并评估两组治疗前后的中医证候评分和HouseBrackmann(H-B)面神经功能评分。结果：两组均治疗有效，总有效率均为100.00%，但治疗组痊愈率为75.00%(15/20)，优于对照组的52.38%(11/21，P<0.05)。在治疗第1、2周时，治疗组H-B评分优于对照组(均P<0.05)；治疗第3、4周时，治疗组症状体征评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组痊愈所需时间为(21.65±4.30)d，明显少于对照组的(29.43±5.43)d，组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论：电针结合超声波治疗急性期周围性面瘫疗效明显，优于单独电针治疗，并可以缩短治疗周期。

Observation on the curative effect of electroacupuncture combined with ultrasound in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis

ABSTRACT Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of electroacupuncture combined with ultrasound in the treatment of acute facial paralysis. Methods： Forty-one patients with peripheral facial paralysis treated in our outpatient department from August 2017 to July 2018 were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group with 20 cases and a control group with 21 cases. Both groups were treated with prednisone acetate， at the same time the treatment group was treated with electroacupuncture combined with ultrasound， and the control group was treated with electroacupuncture once every other day for 4 weeks. The changes of TCM syndrome scores and House-Brackmann(H-B) facial nerve function scores before and after treatment were observed and evaluated. Results： The two groups were effective， the total effective rate was 100.0%， but the cure rate of the treatment group was 75.0%(15/20)， which was better than that of the control group 52.4%， (11/21， P<0.05). The HB score of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group at the 1st and 2nd week of treatment(P<0.05)； the symptom scores of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group at the 3rd and 4th week of treatment(P<0.05). The healing time of the treatment group was (21.65±4.30) days， which was significantly less than that of the control group (29.43±5.43) days， and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.01). Conclusion： Electroacupuncture combined with ultrasound in the treatment of acute peripheral facial paralysis is effective， which is superior to electroacupuncture alone， and can shorten the treatment cycle.
