摘 要 心力衰竭是大多数心脏疾病的终末期转归。近年来的基础和临床研究显示，肠道菌群组成及其代谢产物的改变与慢性心力衰竭的发生、发展相关。因此，目前正在进行针对肠道菌群的干预措施的研究，包括调节饮食、给予益生菌或抗生素治疗、进行粪便菌群移植、使用能减少氧化三甲胺产生的药物等，以考察它们对心力衰竭不良预后的改善作用。
