摘 要 节约新药临床研发时间是研发企业共同面对的问题，试验的准备和启动阶段若占时很长的话，会影响项目入组进度乃至项目整体进度。采用项目管理知识体系时间管理相关知识和工具可以较好解决这一管理难题。本文阐述了如何将项目管理中时间管理的方法应用于项目准备和启动阶段。
