上海市嘉定区2014—2018年法定传染病疫情分析(1)
摘 要 目的：分析上海市嘉定區法定传染病的流行情况，为相关机构采取针对性的防控措施提供依据。方法：利用描述性研究方法对中国疾病预防控制系统报告的2014—2018年上海市嘉定区传染病进行分析。结果：2014—2018年嘉定区共报告法定传染病41 497例，其中甲乙类传染病12 800例，丙类传染病28 697例。发病前五位的传染病依次为：手足口病、梅毒、淋病、慢性肝炎和肺结核。甲乙类传染病的年发病率无明显变化，丙类传染病的年发病率呈现比较明显的隔年波动趋势(偶数年高，奇数年低)。结论：肠道传染病和血源及性传播传染病是危害上海市嘉定区居民身体健康的主要公共卫生问题。散居儿童和托幼机构手足口病防控工作仍是传染病防控工作的重点，尤其是偶数年要加强针对性防控工作。肺结核仍是严重威胁居民健康的呼吸道传染病。

Analysis of the epidemic situation of notifiable infectious diseases in Jiading District of Shanghai from 2014 to 2018

ABSTRACT Objective： To analyze the prevalence of notifiable infectious diseases in Jiading District， Shanghai for providing evidence for relevant institutions to take targeted prevention and control measures. Methods： Descriptive research method was used to analyze infectious diseases reported by China’s disease prevention and control system from 2014 to 2018 in Jiading District， Shanghai. Results： From 2014 to 2018， 41 497 cases of notifiable infectious diseases were reported in Jiading District， including 12 800 cases of Class A and B infectious diseases and 28 697 cases of Class C infectious diseases. The top five infectious diseases were： hand， foot and mouth disease， syphilis， gonorrhea， chronic hepatitis and tuberculosis. there was no significant change in the annual incidence of Class A and B infectious diseases， the annual incidence of Class C infectious diseases showed an obvious trend of fluctuation every other year(higher in even-numbered years， lower in odd-numbered years). Conclusion： Intestinal infectious diseases， blood-borne infectious diseases and sexually transmitted infectious diseases are the main public health problems endangering the health of residents in Jiading District， Shanghai. The prevention and control of hand， foot and mouth disease in scattered children and child care institutions is still the focus of prevention and control of infectious diseases， and especially in the even years the targeted prevention and control work should be strengthened.
