摘 要 急性胆道感染是我国最常见的疾病之一，但目前对胆道感染的药物治疗、引流策略及手术时机等治疗尚存有争议。《东京指南(2018)》提出了胆道感染的标准治疗方式，本文旨在解读该指南，为临床医师在胆道感染的诊断、治疗上提供参考。
