摘 要 再生障碍性贫血(AA)的发病机制尚未完全阐明，可能涉及造血干细胞缺陷、免疫功能异常和信号通路等各个环节。本文从端粒及相关蛋白缺陷、免疫功能失调和信号通路异常等方面综述AA发病机制，以便为临床研究和治疗提供思路和方法。
