摘 要 随着新医改的深入及新版《药品管理法》的实施，医药产业链的整体发展受到了一定的影响。中国整个医药产业链将会在产品结构、药物创新、企业管理、销售模式、增值服务等方面出现质的变化，政策的导向结果也会使医药流通行业进一步兼并重组、优胜劣汰，加快向规模化、集约化方向发展。其表现之一是会导致类似国药控股股份有限公司等大型医药商业集团型企业加速对进口药品供应链的布局。
