摘 要 吲哚胺2，3-双加氧酶(IDO)，可通过抑制T细胞实施免疫调节。目前，已对多个小分子抑制剂进行了临床研究，有朝一日或可用于治疗各种疾病。本文就近期IDO小分子抑制剂的临床试验情况进行综述。
