    摘 要 目的：探讨中药临床药师在医院日常查房工作中的工作内容及其作用。方法：中药临床药师参与3例肺部感染患者治疗的日常查房、病例讨论和药学监护，对他们在院期间的治疗方案、治疗效果和不良反应进行药学监护，帮助医师调整并优化治疗方案，为患者提供个体化的药学服务。结果：3例患者的治疗方案均得到优化，达到预期治疗目标。结论：中药临床药师通过参与医师的日常查房、病例讨论工作，能为医师提供用药参考指导意见，同时可根据患者病情给予个体化的药学服务，帮助医师优化治疗方案，体现自身的工作价值。

    Clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine participate in pharmaceutical monitoring of 3 patients with pulmonary infection

    ABSTRACT Objective： To explore the work and role of clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine in daily house rounds. Methods： Clinical pharmacists of traditional Chinese medicine participated in the daily rounds， case discussion and pharmaceutical care of 3 patients with pulmonary infection. The pharmaceutical care for their treatment plan， treatment effect and adverse reactions during their hospitalization was performed so as to help doctors adjust and optimize the treatment plan and provide individualized pharmacy services for the patients. Results： The treatment options for 3 patients were all optimized and the desired treatment goals were achieved.
