    摘 要 本研究探讨了影响培菲康胶囊活菌数的因素：贮存温度、培养基和四环素。结果表明：在25、30和37 ℃放置7 d，每粒胶囊所含长双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌及粪肠球菌活菌数均大于1×107 CFU/g，其中，在25 ℃条件下，活菌数最多，表明菌株存活率最高；血平板中长双歧杆菌活菌数明显高于GAM 日本日水和GAM青岛日水培养基中的活菌数，说明血平板更适宜长双歧杆菌的生长。
