    摘 要 穿心莲内酯具有抗菌、抗炎、抗病毒、保肝、降血糖、抗肿瘤、抗老年痴呆等活性，但水溶性差、生物利用度低限制了其药理作用的发挥。本文概要介绍穿心莲内酯的理化性质，包括溶解度、油水分配系数和体内外稳定性等，以及其制剂的研究进展，为相关领域研究人员提供参考。
