    摘 要 本文阐述复旦大学附属华山医院康复医学住培基地如何规范管理康复医学住院医师培训工作，即是如何对康复医学住院医师规范化培训和考核的过程进行管理和质控。进而初步构建康复医学住院医师规范化培训过程管理的具体要素，并积极践行和落实，从而提高培训基地的教学和培训质量，以及培训学员的整体素质。通过积极践行过程管理，取得满意效果。
